Location is excellent near motorway with friendly staff making check-in smooth plus an excellent breakfast spread that offers a variety of options.

Wi-Fi connectivity issues persisted and the evening dining menu left much to be desired with limited options.

Spacious room. Ample car park.

No safe in the room nor minibar as expected from a four star hotel, Noisy cleaning hotel staff in the corridors very early in the morning. No coffee/tea facilities in room. No free WiFi access in the room, No minibar in room. Overall the hotel did not feel as a modern 4 star hotel.

The Wi-Fi connection was utterly unreliable!!! Heating issues could, and why is there such a basic lack of toiletries? It felt a bit neglected for a four-star hotel!!!

Excellent room - very good size for 3 adults. Transport into Hanover city centre very convenient, with U train station only 5 minutes walk from hotel. Local Rewe supermarket also very useful.

The spacious comfort double room featured a clean king-size bed, and the bathroom was well-equipped with ample space for my belongings. The breakfast buffet was really good, with delicious options.

Room could use USB plugs.

That was lovely quiet hotel set in nice quiet area, so close to good restaurant, the exhibition and Conference centre. I've had fancy and fashionable room with delicious breakfast, shower/toilet and shower.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak.
